Registration & Booking Charges • Standard Registration: $10 USD (Minimum 1.5 hours) • Urgent Registration: $50 USD (Support required within 24 hours) Note: If referred by a known client, registration is not required. ⸻ 2. Payment Guarantee Clause (Security Purpose Only): For Indian and overseas clients: Upon confirmation of project scope, milestones, and deliverables, and receipt of the agreed payment , a formal contract shall be executed. A Payment protection Guarantee equivalent to 50% of the project value, capped at INR 10,00,000 (or USD equivalent), will be provided to the client by Genie Software Solution LLC, as a security measure only and not as an unconditional payment. If Genie Software Solution LLC fails to deliver the agreed work as per the signed contract, the client shall have the right to invoke the Payment protection and claim refund up to the guaranteed amount. 5.Upon satisfactory work completion:a completion confirmation email will be sent from info@geniesoftwaresolution.in • The client must acknowledge by reply. • If no written objection is received within five (5) business days of the email, the services shall be deemed accepted, and the Payment Protection guarantee shall automatically lapse. • If a valid objection is raised within this period, the matter shall be resolved in good faith, and the Payment protection Guarantee shall remain enforceable until resolution. 6. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction: All disputes will be governed by Indian law. Only Prayagraj[U.P.] courts shall have jurisdiction.
